400-Meter Run under 70 Seconds
Complete the barbell complex under time cap
2-Minute Time Cap
12 Clean & Press (30kg) + 12 Burpees Over Barbell
All repetitions must meet official movement standards. Judges will verify proper form and range of motion for each rep. No-reps may be called for incomplete movements.
Athletes who successfully complete all qualifier standards earn their spot in the Championship competition, featuring multi-workout events that test strength, endurance, gymnastics, and mental toughness across multiple disciplines.

Complete all 10 activities in sequence for the fastest time possible
Full rope climbs to designated height. Touch mark at top of each climb. Descend in controlled manner.
Signature Movement
All three movements = 1 rep. Complete 20 complexes.
Full squat clean from ground. Press to full lockout overhead. Bar must touch ground between reps.
25 lunges per leg. Log held across shoulders/back. Back knee must touch ground each rep. Full hip extension at top.
Both feet must land on top. Full hip and knee extension at top. Step down allowed.
Athlete seated on ground. Pull tyre 25 meters using rope. Must remain seated throughout.
Drag same tyre back 25 meters. Using rope, moving forward. Tyre must cross finish line.
Full tyre flip from ground to standing position. Tyre must complete full rotation. No assistance permitted.
Two sacks of 40kg each (total 80kg). Carry 25 meters without dropping. If dropped, pick up and continue. Both sacks must cross finish line.
Crawl under 2-foot high mesh obstacle. Complete 25-meter distance. Body must remain below mesh height throughout.
25-minute maximum (1,500 seconds). Athletes must complete all activities within time limit.
Complete all 10 activities in sequence. Fastest total time determines the winner.
Judges verify each rep. Penalties for violations. Reps not meeting standards must be repeated.
Athletes who exceed 25 minutes are ranked by total reps completed across all activities.
Same 10-activity gauntlet. Same 25-minute time cap. Appropriately scaled for elite female athletes.
